Josh Conder

Josh Conder is an Independent Insurance Advisor with LaRue-Carey Insurance Group, specializing in personal, commercial, and life insurance. Josh earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2026 and is passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners understand their coverage and protect what they’ve worked hard to build.

Josh is a member of the Big I Kentucky Emerging Leaders Committee and the Hardin County Young Professionals. Beginning in November 2026, he will also serve on the Leadership Nelson County Board of Directors.

Josh lives in the Bardstown area with his wife, Millicent, and their son, Holden. Outside of insurance, he has spent the last 15 years as a head high school wrestling coach and serves as a deacon at Chaplin Baptist Church. Whether working with a client or serving his community, Josh believes in building lasting relationships and being someone people know they can count on.
